據悉,在“后世博”和亞運會結束后,上海、廣州等地的星級酒店均面臨空置率增高、人氣不旺的狀況。眼下,無論是經濟型酒店還是星級酒店正通過各種促銷方式招攬客戶。“上海在世博會期間幾乎所有的酒店出租率都不錯,但是最近一段時間,出租率已經下來了。而后亞運時期的廣州,其各星級酒店報價分別比亞運會開幕時出現了10%-20%的回落。”去哪兒網副總裁張澤如說。
除了國內眾多一線城市的星級酒店價格紛紛跳水外,諸如黃山、廬山、峨眉山、九華山等一些著名景區的酒店也進入淡季促銷期。除此之外,云南香格里拉所在地迪慶州的三星、四星酒店價格均下調50%。

No matter the budget hotels or star hotels start to attract passengers by the means of discount. Zhang Zeru, the vice-president of Qunar.com says, “Shanghai’s hotels have obtained a good occupancy rate during Expo, however the occupancy rate drops down recently. And after the Asian Games, Guangzhou’s hotel RevPAR jumps 10%-20%.”
Except the RevPAR of many star hotels in first-tier cities is down, hotels in some famous scenic area also walks into off-season. Besides, the RevPAR of 3- and 4-star hotels in Diqing, where Shangri-la located, decrease 50%.
