近日，恒大集團與美國溫德姆國際酒店集團戰略簽約儀式隆重舉行，雙方將就恒大全國系列項目進行密切合作。
        美國溫德姆國際酒店集團是目前世界最大的酒店管理集團，以創新型的酒店管理模式響譽世界。恒大集團目前在62個主要城市擁有恒大城、恒大華府、恒大金碧天下、恒大綠洲、恒大名都等一百多個項目，并在各方面與全球知名的合作伙伴達成戰略聯盟，溫德姆國際酒店集團就是其中之一。截至目前，恒大已經在廣州、上海、天津、重慶等主要城市擁有近20家五星級標準的酒店項目，均定位于國際豪華五星級酒店。 
        分析人士指出，作為國內最大的房地產開發商和標準化精品地產領導者，恒大地產進軍酒店業具有資源和實力上的優勢，溫德姆也將借力恒大在中國的優質資源發展中國酒店業市場。

        Recently, Evergrande Real Estate Group and Wyndham Hotel Group held a signing ceremony, and made a close cooperation on the country’s projects.
         Wyndham Hotel Group is the largest hotel managing group at present. And Evergrande Real Estate Group owns more than 100 projects in 62 cities, such as Evergrande City, Evergrande Palace, Evergrande Splendor, Evergrande Oasis Evergrande Metropolis. And it cooperates with well-known corporation in different field all over the world. So far, Evergrande has nearly 20 hotel projects which are built at the standard of five-star, and oriented as international luxurious five-star hotels.
         Analysts indicate that Evergrande Real Estate Group has its advantage to enter hotel industry with its leadership in real estate field, which will help Wyndham develop its hospitality business in Chinese market.
